2. User Eligibility
- All users must register with valid personal and business details.
- Freelancers and vendors must submit accurate KYC information (PAN, Aadhaar, bank details).
- Any fake, duplicate, or fraudulent accounts will be permanently suspended.
3. Services Covered
- Digital marketing services (SEO, Ads, Social Media Marketing)
- Affiliate promotions and campaigns
- Content creation (YouTube, influencers, designers)
- Freelance services provided by registered users
4. Earnings and Payment Structure
- Freelancers and vendors earn based on completed tasks, contracts, or campaign performance.
- Payment amounts are pre-defined or mutually agreed between parties.
- The platform may charge a service fee or commission if applicable.
5. Payment Cycle
- Payments are processed on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis depending on project terms.
- Minimum withdrawal limit: ₹5
- Payment requests must be submitted through the official dashboard or support channel.

7. Work Verification and Approval

8. TDS and Tax Compliance
- TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) will be applied as per Indian government rules.
- Freelancers and vendors are responsible for their own tax filings.
- PAN submission is mandatory for payment processing.
9. Fraud and Misuse Policy
Any fraudulent activity including fake work, bot traffic, or misrepresentation is strictly prohibited. Such actions may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Cancellation of earnings
- Legal action if required
10. Refund and Dispute Policy
- Clients may raise disputes for unsatisfactory work within 7 days.
- The platform will review and take a final decision.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on investigation outcomes.
11. Payment Gateway Compliance
All transactions are processed through authorized and RBI-compliant payment gateways. The platform does not support illegal activities, gambling, betting, or restricted services.
12. Modification of Terms
These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
